Through our Veterans Initiative, we will work with partner programs that deal with employment for Veterans, to offer first chance opportunities for positions either contracted through AAEG, or by companies and organizations that we consult with. 

Tax incentives are available on the federal level, and most states have some type of additional tax benefit for those companies that hire Veterans.

These brave men and women have served our country to ensure the protection of our freedoms and our national security.  We owe it to them to provide them with a fighting chance as they transition back into civilian life, or for those Veterans that would like an opportunity to find a better position. 

The program will be managed by the Patriot Energy Task Force.
